help desk for UTMB to provide assistance with most any computer problem,
including email, remote access, campus desktop computers, and WebCT.

available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

When the
Help Desk Voice Tree asks for your "Employee Number", students should
use their social security numbers. If that does not work, call back and
do not supply any number, wait, and it will ring through to a help desk
agent. |
