The largest email message you can send to an internet
address is 25 megabytes.
Beware that many other email systems have lower limits and the recipient
of your message may not be able to receive more than 5 megabytes.
Your email account has a limited amount of storage
space, approximately 200 megabytes. This can easily fill up if your email
is accompanied by large attachments. You will need to read your email
frequently and discard all unnecessary email promptly to stay within
this limit.
If you want to save email for a long time, you will need to save the
email to a folder on your personal computer. Files saved in this way can
be maintained for as long as you like and are only limited by storage
space on your personal computer. Note that you are responsible for
maintaining backups of information stored on your personal computer. |
