QUEST Essentials

We are excited that you will be attending QUEST! Below you will find information that will aid in your preparation.

Parking information updated as of August 11, 2008

Registration will begin at 1:30 pm and end at 2:00 pm, at the William C. Levin Hall.

Parking will be available, on a first come first serve basis, in Parking Garage 4 (#93 on the campus map) on 11th and Mechanic beginning at 1:00 and will remain open until 10:00.

If this garage is full, students can park in the shuttle lot at 4th Street (Holiday Drive) and Winnie. If you park in this lot and ride the shuttle to campus, please exit the shuttle at the 10th Street stop.

Garage 3 (#98 on the campus map) on 10th and Market will open at 5:00 and will remain open until 10:00. Students who use the shuttle lot can move their vehicles to this garage after 5:00. Also, Garage 4 will have more space available after 5:00 as UTMB employees and students leave for the day.

The surface parking lot (H on the campus map) at 11th and Market will open at 4:00 and will remain open all weekend.

Please note: Students using the Public Parking Garages that charge for parking will be responsible for their fees. These parknig garages will disperse a ticket before aloowing you to enter.

Any last minute communication will be sent to you via the email address you provided on you reservation form.

What to Wear
Comfortable loose clothing (shorts and t-shirts are appropriate).
Comfortable tennis shoes
If you tend to feel cold indoors, you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater. Some events will be inside.

Allergy/Medicine/Insect Repellent

If you packed all the essentials and still have some room, here are some optional items you might want to bring along.
