6th Floor Administration Building, 301 University Blvd.

The Caduceus Room is available for seated dinners, stand-up receptions, meetings, and conferences. This facility can accommodate 70 guests for a seated dinner, 125 for a stand-up reception, and 100 for theater-style seating. The room is located on the 6th floor of the Administration Building and is equipped with a LCP, computer with DVD player and house audio,  videoconference, retractable screen, podium with light and microphone, 2 wireless handheld microphones, 2 lavaliere microphones, 35mm slide projector, document camera, VCR, 2-35" monitors on each side of room, cassette recorder only, AMX control touch screen, CD-ROM 15" flat screen monitor, and wireless high speed internet.

Parking

• Parking tokens will need to be provided for parking garage adjacent to Administration Building.  Please contact Parking Office x21581 for tokens.  A fee will be assessed by the Parking Office.

• Parking is available for visitors and guests in Garage 1 - Administration at 6th and Market.

• A booth attendant will be on duty in G1-Administration; Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The parking rate is $1.75 per hour or any part of an hour up to $14.00 maximum for the day.  Payment should be made to the booth attendant upon exiting and can be made by cash, check, or credit card.  During the times that an attendant is not on duty; payment will be made to the night machine upon exiting.  The night machine fee is $5.00 and payment can be made by quarters, $1 bills, $5 bills, and $10 bills or credit card.

Food/Beverage and Room Set-Up 

Food, beverages and room setup/cleanup in all facilities must be provided exclusively by the Department of Catering and Special Events (Policy 2.6.9, Food Services Policy).  A fee will be assessed by this department.  www.utmb.edu/catering

Audio/Visual Equipment
