Levin Hall Dining Room

2nd Floor William C. Levin Hall Building,  10th and Market Street

Planning a large conference or dinner? The Levin Hall Dining Room, located on the second floor of the William C. Levin Hall building at 10th and Market Streets, seats 250 for a seated function. It can also be used for stand-up receptions, conferences and exhibits. For larger gatherings, the adjacent Levin Hall Foyer can be used in conjunction with the Dining Room to accommodate 800.   The Dining Room is equip with a 2 wireless hand held microphones, 2 lavaliere microphones,  podium with light and microphone, 2 9x12 screens, 2 LCPs, VCR, Computer with DVD player and house audio, AMX control touch screen and wireless high-speed internet.

Food/Beverage and Room Set-Up 

Food, beverages and room setup/cleanup in all facilities must be provided exclusively by the Department of Catering and Special Events (Policy 2.6.9, Food Services Policy).  A fee will be assessed by this department. www.utmb.edu/catering

Audio/Visual Equipment 

Academic Resources (AR), Classroom and Technical Services, will be responsible for providing audio/visual equipment and services in all facilities.  A fee will be assessed by this department.  http://ar.utmb.edu/ar
