Overnight Guest Accommodations

• For overnight stays, The Rosenberg House offers 4 elegant guest suites. Each guest suite features a spacious bedroom and private bath; three of the suites (the Oleander, Camellia and the Carriage House) have separate sitting rooms.
   
• For overnight or extended stays, we offer the Guest Cottage. The Cottage features a large living room, full-service kitchen and upstairs bedroom and bath.
   
• A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning at 7:30 a.m. in the dining room. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate the needs of your guest.
   
• Complimentary refreshments are available to the guest, at all times, in the butler’s pantry.
   

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is noon. (We will be flexible to accommodate travel schedules if possible.)

• In compliance with University policy (Policy 2.9.1, No Smoking Policy), smoking is prohibited in all on/off-campus facilities and campus grounds.
