Facility Pricing

Users will not be assessed a room use fee. However, an account number to confirm the reservation will be required. The account number will not be charged unless the user fails to cancel a reservation. UTMB sponsored reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 3 working days prior to the event. Cancellations not received within 3 working days prior to the event will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $100.00
