In addition to the room
rates above, events held on weekends and holidays, and events held on
weekdays prior to 8:00 a.m. and/or after 5:00 p.m. in the Open Gates or
Rosenberg House facilities will be assessed a $20.00 per hour service fee.

Personal / Private events
will be assessed a service fee in the amount of $20.00 per hour for all
events.

Suite and Cottage rates
are based on double occupancy. For each additional guest, a fee of
$20.00 per night per guest will be assessed.

A $10.00 usage fee will
be charged for audio and visual equipment used in the Open Gates
facility.
