Parent Organization: Student Life Office
The aim of the UTMB NSGY Interest Group is to make medical students aware of opportunities available in the field of Neurosurgery and to further their neurologic knowledge and neurosurgical skills. This group provides opportunities for medical students to participate in activities and research projects related to the field of Neurosurgery including: discussions and lectures by neurosurgeons, research and laboratory experience, and the opportunity to shadow neurosurgeons in the workplace.
