Earth Day 2008 - Exhibitor Registration Information

This year's Earth Day Exhibition will focus on the conservation efforts we apply to daily operation at UTMB. We would like to invite the community to our campus to learn more about our recycling programs and conservation efforts. UTMB is dedicated to conserving and preserving our environment.

We will have very limited space this year due to construction on campus so please submit your request early.

Exhibitor Registration Information

  • Exhibitors include non-profit organizations, recycling outreach programs, nature preservation societies, garden clubs, and community groups.

  • Exhibits should promote earth-friendly activities such as wildlife conservation, keeping Texas beautiful, and community service programs.

  • The exposition is an opportunity to celebrate and encourage others to participate in preserving the environment.

  • Publicize your efforts: Tell UTMB and the Galveston County community what your organization is doing to benefit the environment. Publicity materials can include flyers, poster-boards, and bumper stickers.

  • Display your earth-friendly information: Display only, no sales please. However, you may distribute business cards and brochures, and show off your T-shirts with environmental messages or products made from recycled materials.

If you have any questions about the registration process please contact Gene Curry by phone at (409) 682-2006 or by email gcurry@utmb.edu
Please complete and return this form by April 15, 2008
