Objectives

• Understand the importance of a team approach to healthcare
• Learn about other professional roles and appreciate contributions in decision making in the area of quality and safety
• Develop effective teamwork strategies during simulated activities
• Continue to expand personal interactions and collaborations across the UTMB Campus
