The deadline for sign off of Biweekly cards is 1 PM ON PAY MONDAY. Managers should update employees time at a minimum of once per week. Kronos will be unavailable from 1:00pm to 1:30pm for processing on PAY Monday.

Payroll Verification Screens are available by 3pm on Pay Monday and must be reviewed and all corrections called to payroll by 9 am every Pay Tuesday. Assure your Kronos to HCM errors are cleared and all time is correct prior to sign off. Corrections to the Pay Line On Pay Tuesday will not be considered for missing bonus pays which should be reported to the timekeeper prior to sign off on Pay Monday.

All Historical Edits for any previous pay periods must be complete Tuesday at 5pm of the second week of the pay period end.
