We have added a new event to our Annual STEM teacher conference this year! This one and a half day event provides ample time and opportunity for exhibitors to maximize contact with potential customers.
The conference will begin Friday, January 9th at 4:00 PM with an opening STEM Connections-- Building Pathways from the School to Careers event from 4:00-7:00 PM. Please plan on remaining open during the entire 3 hours. Teachers and administrators are expected to attend this event. Set up times for exhibits are from noon – 4:00 PM on Friday.
Teachers will also access your booth on Saturday before the opening of the conference, between all sessions and after lunch. Note that two break times on Saturday are specifically provided to teachers for viewing the vendor exhibits. Vendor exhibits will be located in a central area adjacent to workshop rooms, the registration area, and snack service area in order to maximize vender opportunities for interactions with conference participants. In addition, most door prize drawings will be located in the exhibit area. Further, participants will be issued special Exhibitor Extravaganza cards that must be stamped at each vendor table to qualify for special door prize drawings.
Free WiFi will be available throughout the conference area.
A security guard will be provided for the exhibits after hours on Friday night.
The exhibitor fee includes the cost of one six foot, skirted table, 10 X 10 foot space, and entitles the exhibitor to refreshments during the conference on Saturday including: continental breakfast, snacks, and lunch, which are also provided to the participants.
Exhibitor Fee - $250
Exhibitors must pay the registration fee online with a credit card or electronic check at the time of registration. Electricity requires an additional fee. Please contact Dr. Sognier for more information about arranging electricity at email@example.com
Exhibitors may choose to donate a door prize and receive a quarter page advertisement in the conference program per $50 door prize. Please contact Dr. M. Sognier to make donation arrangements. Door prizes will be announced during breaks, breakfast, and lunch. Winners of donated prizes will be required to collect these directly from the vendor, enabling increased interaction time.
