On the cover: Angela Caskey models a “UTMB Stops for No Storm” T-shirt. The fourth-year medical student suggested the shirt as a way to boost spirits following the devastation of Hurricane I ke. The original phrase, “The University of Texas stops for no storm,” was contained in a telegram from UT System Regent Beauregard Bryan following the 1900 Galveston storm.
