Why do I recieve "Session Already Running" errors?
You cannot open a new browser window using CTRL-N or File->New Window while logged in to Blackboard. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows, to run Blackboard in multiple browser windows, you must open a new instance of the browser and log in to WebCT with both browsers.

Download managers may also cause this problem when you attempt to download a file. Disable them and try again.
