The following is a list of issues experienced by the users of Blackboard at UTMB.
- Sent to course selection screen when downloading a file with Internet Explorer.
This is caused by the way the Information Bar interacts with Blackboard. There are two options to resolve this issue:
- When clicking a file-download link, hold the CTRL key to bypass the information bar.
- Disable the information
bar for file downloads from Blackboard by adding it to the trusted sites list.
