If you can login but get returned to the login
prompt when you try to open your CE8 course:

1.
Close ALL browsers (Mac users QUIT Safari or Firefox)
2. Open a new browser
3. Login
4. Click the Logout link at the top middle -
see above
5. Close ALL browsers (Mac users QUIT Safari or Firefox)
6. Open a new browser
7. Login
8. Click on the course name
If this does not allow you into the course
call 409-772-8400 or come to room 402 of the Moody Medical Library.
Users should
be sure to logout (2x if necessary) each time they use Blackboard.
Blackboard has been working on the problem and we hope to get a solution
soon.

If the login page does not accept your
username and password and recycles back to an empty form or you get a
red error bar with a certificate error, e.g.

CLOSE ALL BROWSERS and retry the login. For Mac users
also QUIT the browser. This may be
prevented by logging out of Blackboard when not in use. Also make sure
your URL uses the full domain name, i.e. bb.utmb.edu, bb9.utmb.edu, or eclass.utmb.edu. |
If you still can not log on to Blackboard, there may be a problem with your password
or with your username.
