Dr. Griffis is Assistant Clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Florida State University. She earned her medical degree at the University of Florida, Gainesville, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Jacksonville Health Education Program, (Fla.) She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Griffis is married with three children and resides in League City.
