                        Perry L. Fulcher, Sr., M.D.
                               Chief, Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Fulcher holds a bachelor of science degree from North Texas State University in Denton, and received his M.D. degree and residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.  He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.  In recognition of his contributions to the field of family planning, he has been appointed to the Family Planning Advisory Committee for the State of Texas Board of Health.

Dr. Fulcher is married with three children and lives in Dickinson.
