CAREER BOUTIQUE is temporarily closed while we relocate.

The CAREER BOUTIQUE
is a project of Pathways to Career Advancement, Inc., a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization.  All donations are tax deductible.

To a potential employer, appearance can be as important as job skills.  For many women in our community, lack of an appropriate work wardrobe is a barrier to entering, re-entering and/or progressing in a very competitive job market.

CAREER BOUTIQUE provides appropriate professional clothing for all women at affordable prices.  But, we don't stop there.

Our clients have the opportunity to be matched with volunteer mentors - role models who can provide guidance and support.  They also have access to career counseling and advice on how to prepare for job interviews, dress for success and create resumes.  Our goal is to help women by offering them some of the basic tools to be successful in the working world.

CAREER BOUTIQUE is pleased to be working in partnership with Galveston College, Gulf Coast Career Counseling Center, Galveston Housing Authority, Communities in Schools, Ball High, Junior League, Pilot Club, Women's Crisis Center, Catholic Charities, Bay Area Turning Point, Professional Women of Southwestern Bell and the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Donations of clothing or cash may be made by calling 281-648-0227

All donations are tax deductible.
