UTMB CMC Work School Programs Creating Educational Opportunities for Employees
CURRENT PARTICIPANTS Reimbursement for tuition, fees or books requires original receipts. You can submit receipts to the Ann Cochran. Receipts must list the names of the books purchased and the course numbers for the classes in which you are enrolled.. There are deadlines during the spring and fall semesters for reporting progress. Please adhere to these deadlines when you are informed of them. If you are unable to meet a deadline, contact the Work School office and let us know. It is helpful to the Work School office if Registration forms for each semester are submitted as early as possible. The earlier the Registration forms are in, the sooner your vouchers can be issued. Please contact the Work School Office with any changes, i.e. address, phone number, degree plan, work area, work manager, etc. We like to hear from you and want to know how you are doing. Do not hesitate to contact the counselor, Ann Cochran, acochran@utmb.edu or ann.cochran@comcast.net . We want to know how you are progressing and we have many resources that can help with academics, stress management, test anxiety, time management and critical thinking. The University of Texas Medical Branch creates educational opportunities for employees through the CMC Work School Program. Participation in the program is a privilege not a right. Each participant is responsible to adhere to the guidelines while in the program. Please understand and know what your responsibilities are and make every effort to stay in touch with the counselors and the Work School Office.
