Online Reporting Access
Morehead Associates, the vendor administering UTMB’s You Count! employee engagement survey, has informed the university that results are now available on its web site. With 11,000 UTMB employees, Morehead anticipates a high volume of traffic to its systems when access is granted. Therefore, we are implementing a staggered release of the user ID/password combinations that will allow access to the full view of survey data from across the organization.
Although this approach will slightly delay the delivery timeframe for parts of the organization, it will greatly reduce potential data access issues that might occur due to heavy traffic on the site. Employees in each segment of the organization will receive user ID/password information via a direct email from Morehead, according to the schedule below. Each area of the organization will have access to the data until June 30 (approximately two weeks after final action plans are due).
- Tuesday, May 10 – Institutional Support
- Thursday, May 12 – Academic: School of Medicine
- Friday, May 13 – Academic: Research Enterprise; Schools of Nursing, Health Professions and Graduate Biomedical Sciences
- Monday, May 16 – Hospital (non-CMC)
- Wednesday, May 18 – Clinics (non-CMC)
- Friday, May 20 – CMC
Even with the staggered release, there is the potential for high volume to result in slower system performance or lack of access during periods of heavy use. Should you experience such difficulties, please be patient and log in at another time.
