· Ensure confidentiality,
honesty and integrity in the You Count! process.
· Manage
marketing/communication process for an entity/department/division.
· Communicate honor pledge in
all communications: “The You Count! survey exemplifies honesty,
confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with UTMB’s
Professionalism Charter.
· Reinforce anonymity and
confidentiality.
· Ensure employees understand
they will receive the You Count survey through their email accounts.
They complete the survey by going to the website link from the
email invitation that is sent to them by Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
Employees should not email their invitation to other employees. If
an employee loses his/her invitation, call 409/747-6700 and we will
notify Watson Wyatt Worldwide to send another invitation.
· Interpret results, develop
action plans and monitor progress.
