Archivist, M.S.I.S. from the University of North Texas, M.A. in History from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, B.S. in U.S. History from the University of Houston-Downtown. He is also a certified archivist. Marlin specializes in twentieth-century Latin American, Texan and Southwestern history and has published on subjects including Hispanics and the Texas death penalty, pardon and parole reform and Texas-Mexico border concerns.

Hours: Monday through Friday | 8am to 5pm | Closed Saturday/Sunday

Reproduction: Available upon request for a fee depending on individual request and quantity.

Charge Forms: Charge forms are available upon request. These forms must be filled out completely in order to request books or other items within the collections. Materials may not leave the rare book room.
