UTMB will be implementing a new modern and responsive FMS User Interface that will further enhance our financial management functions utilizing various computer, tablet or smart phone devices. The system is scheduled for a brief outage from 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25 until 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 26. Users will not be able to access the FMS eProcurement, Travel & Expense Reimbursements, Grants, Asset Management and UTMB’s General Ledger during the outage. During the outage, users will not be able to access:
- eProcurement (Purchasing)
- Travel & Expenses
- Accounts Payable
- UTMB Internal Services
- Grants / Commitment Control
- Asset Management
- General Ledger
