- ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research
In these sessions, participants took workshops on a range of
introductory and advanced methodological approaches (including linear
regression, categorical analysis, maximum likelihood estimation,
scaling/dimensional analysis, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, and
time series analysis) along with lectures that focused on fundamental
mathematical skills (matrix algebra and calculus) and software
applications in SPSS, SAS, Stata, and the R statistical Computing
