In partnership with The North American Maritime Ministry Association, CVP's Dr. Shannon Guillot-Wright has helped bridge a gap between seafarers and vaccination access in US ports.

Connecting local health providers to ports has to lead to 4,000 seafarers receiving the vaccine. Many of the seafarers are foreign workers who have been isolated aboard ships since the pandemic began.

Dr. Shannon Guillot-Wright created and maintains a list reflecting the vaccination policies of states. She has also helped connect ports to providers. This list is being used nationwide to help coordinate successful vaccinations of crews as they come to shore.

Bloomberg News recently cited this list and the work between CVP and NAMMA.
