Resilience in Stressful Situations (RISE) is scheduling "Off Label" sessions

While working in health care is a virtuous endeavor, it can cause distress, burnout, compassion fatigue and other issues in our lives, particularly during a global pandemic.

As a way to help lighten that burden and build solidarity among colleagues, Resilience in Stressful Situations (RISE) is scheduling confidential sessions called "Off Label" to create a space where employees can discuss issues in a candid, authentic and non-judgmental way.
