It's that time again. Six months ago you filled out the The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston Well-Being Index assessment online.

Would you like to see how your well-being has changed? 

This is part of a national effort to help promote the well-being of physicians. It will take less than one minute and remember, it is completely anonymous.
