Dr. Ernst Nicanord Receives Scholarship to Attend the American College of Culinary Medicine Conference

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Nicanord received support from UTMB Health's John Sealy School of Medicine (JSSOM) to attend the American College of Culinary Medicine Conference, taking place June 11–14, 2026 in New Orleans, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in UTMB's growing Nutrition Medicine initiative. Participating will certainly help the Department of Family Medicine & Community Health with integration in the institutional Blue Zone Project.

"Your participation will meaningfully contribute to strengthening nutrition medicine curricula at JSSOM, and we are truly grateful for your willingness to be involved."
