A Personal Note from Dr. Faheid
Hi Future Residents! I am very excited to be doing my residency in family medicine here at UTMB. I have had the great opportunity to pursue my education in all corners of this great state. My passion for medicine began through pursuing volunteer experiences in my community and abroad. Family medicine gives me the best avenue to stay connected with my local community. In my short time here at Galveston, I have become enamored with the atmosphere and the people here. I look forward to serving the community here and learning to become a great physician.
My interests within medicine include public health and global health. Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing soccer and video games, and reading novels.
