65th Annual National Student Research Forum - April 20, 2024

The 65th Annual National Student Research Forum (NSRF) will be held on April 20, 2024 on the UTMB campus. The NSRF is organized and run by students for the discussion of student research papers in a scientific atmosphere. The Oral Presentation Abstract deadline will be March 9, 2024; Poster Presentation Abstract Deadline: March 23, 2024; and Osler Essay Contest Deadline: March 23, 2024. Click here to learn more. Faculty Workshop: Optimizing Mentoring Relationships for Research Mentors - April 26, 2024

Presented by the UTMB Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Dr. Robert Tillman, Assistant Dean, Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development; Director of Mentoring and Professional Development; Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Baylor College of Medicine. GSBS/SPPH Commencement 2024 - May 17, 2024

The School of Public and Population Health and Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences will host a joint Commencement at 2:00pm on Friday, May 17, 2024, in William C. Levin Hall Auditorium on the UTMB campus. The Association for Women in Science (AWIS) is a global network that inspires bold leadership, research, and solutions that advance women in STEM, spark innovation, promote organizational success, & drive systemic change!

The GSBS is proud to announce our newly established Institutional Partnership with AWIS! 
 
As an Institutional Member, all UTMB Faculty, Students, and Postdocs across all schools now have the ability to join AWIS free of charge!

Once you join, you will have access to all the AWIS resources including career and professional development, networking, recognition, scholarship, mentorship, leadership, and other unique opportunities.
