Taci McCarver Donnell is a goal-oriented Lean/Process Improvement Coordinator in the System Optimization and Performance department at UTMB. Taci supports leadership and frontline staff with implementation of improvement activities through project management and activity tracking. She assists the team in the planning, coordination, and documentation of events. Prior to this position, Taci served as a graduate intern for the department during which she created standard work documents for rapid planning and improvement events, participated in Lean Management Systems Training, and attended Model Cell events.
Before UTMB, Taci spent 5 years in the construction industry as a project and accounting coordinator. She earned her bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas and will graduate with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in May 2023.
Fun fact: Taci has seen the Northern Lights in Iceland.
