Reservations for Aug. 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021

This submission window will be open from Friday, May 1, 2020, until Friday, May 15, 2020, for the submission of requests for HEC services rendered between Aug. 1, 2020 and July 31, 2021

Multiple events can be scheduled on one form, if the activities requested are identical. Please note, all requests received in March for this submission window are SUSPENDED and will be emailed back to the lead contact. The lead contact must confirm if this request is still accurate or the request will be deleted.  If deleted, a new request must be submitted.

Following the submission window deadline, all applications will be reviewed and assessed via the scheduling criteria. These guidelines can be found in the HEC’s Standard Operating Procedures tab on the website.  Requests for additional information will be sent to the requestor or lead contact if needed.  Please respond promptly to these additional information requests to allow timely processing.

Notification emails informing applicants of activity scheduling status will be sent out on or before June 1, 2020. Please note that until further notice, any requests received for PBL supported simulation activities of any kind, will require that we obtain approval from the Office of Provost due to current financial constraints. (These include PBL Nurses, SP, TA, MUTA/GTA, etc.).

Requests to conduct simulation activities after closing of the first submission window on May 15, 2020, will continue to be accepted. However, these requests will not be prioritized or reviewed until after June 1, 2020.

Reservations for Summer 2020

Once students are permitted to return to campus and prior to the start of the Fall semester, the HEC will be handling scheduling requests in the following manner.

The HEC will email the lead contact for all activities that were scheduled to take place in the HEC in the summer to determine if the request is to remain valid.  Requests no longer required will be canceled.

Requests to conduct simulation activities that were not previously scheduled should be requested on the HEC website, under the Faculty tab and the link titled, Present – July 31, 2020. The HEC will review the request and notify the lead contact if the activity can be accommodated.

*Please note, the form is only for scheduling simulation activities in the HEC simulation area. The large learning studios and group study rooms located on the south side of the building can be reserved via the Classroom Services scheduling system.
