The UTMB Health Institute for the Medical Humanities is pleased to share that Martha Holstein, PhD (IMH `96) has published a new book, Women in Late Life: Critical Perspectives on Gender and Age.
The book, published by Rowman & Littlefield, is available from booksellers, including Amazon.com.
Dr. Holstein earned a Doctorate in Medical Humanities from UTMB Health in 1996. The title of her dissertation was "Negotiating Disease: Senile Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease". Her advisor was Thomas R. Cole, PhD.
