Leadership Development Academy

Currently, ITS is partnering with UTMB’s Human Resources Department and the Team Leaders & Project Managers of Multidisciplinary Translational Teams (MTTs) to pilot an exciting new program. The Leadership Development Academy (LDA) will train the scientific leaders so urgently needed to translate discoveries to practice. 

Transforming Leaders

LDA scientists will develop transformational leadership skills, improving their ability to innovate and achieve scientific breakthroughs by inspiring others to transcend self-interest for the sake of team accomplishment.
