Starting the morning of Sept. 25 and ending the afternoon of Sept. 26, this symposium will identify and fully explore those strategies and solutions that thought leaders and health organizations have found to be effective in reducing burnout. It is our intent to change the conversation about physician burnout and to suggest those organizational processes and leadership practices that can break the cycle of burnout that currently exists.
