SCI Cafe: Nutrition, Exercise and Sarcopenia - Feb. 15

UTMB’s Center in Environmental Toxicology, the Institute for Translational Sciences and the Sealy Center for Environmental Health & Medicine invite you to participate in a conversation about Nutrition, Exercise and Sarcopenia at Mod Coffeehouse in downtown Galveston on Thurs., Feb. 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

This conversation features UTMB's Elena Volpi, MD, PhD, FGSA, the Daisy Emery Allen Distinguished Chair in Geriatric Medicine, Director, Sealy Center on Aging and Associate Director, Institute for Translational Sciences. Please join us as we explore and discuss the current knowledge and research revolving around the topic of Saropenia.

SCI Café is a community dialogue about science, health and possibilities among community members, researchers and scientists. The purpose is to engage and connect community members with science and science with the local community.
