Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, MDA, MDMA, MDEA, Benzoylecgonine, Phencyslidine, Alpha-OH-Alprazolam, 7-amino-Clonazepam, Lorazepam, Nordiazepam, Heroin (6-MAM)-6-acetyl morphine, Codeine, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Norhydrocodone, Noroxycodone, Norbuprenorphine, Butalbital, Secobarbital, Phenobarbital,Tramadol, Propoxyphene, Normeperidine, Meperidine, Methadone, EDDP, Norfentanyl, Fentanyl, Buprenorphine, Carisoprodol, Meprobamate, THC, Ethyl Gluronide and Ethyl Sulfate


30mL of Random urine. Supervised collection needed if chain of custody collection requested. (Min.: 10mL of urine).


Sterile specimen container.

Minimum Volume:

1o mL


Room temperature if delivered to Sample Management within 1 hours of collection, or refrigerated if > 1 hours.

Specimen Preparation:

Refrigerate specimen within 1 hour of collection.


Refrigerated for ≤ 7 days.

Causes for Rejection:

Specimen collected in container with a preservative, incomplete and/or incorrect sample identification, and improper storage/transport.

Turnaround Time:

2 to 6 days
