Alpha-OH-Alprazolam, 7-Amino Clonazepam, Lorazepam, Nordiazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam

Collection:

30mL of Random urine. Supervised collection needed if chain of custody collection requested. (Min.: 10mL of urine).

Container:

Sterile specimen container

Minimum Volume:

5 mL

Storage/Transport:

Room temperature if delivered to Sample Management within 1 hours of collection, or refrigerated if > 1 hours.

Specimen Preparation:

Refrigerate specimen within 1 hour of collection.

Stability:

Refrigerated for ≤ 7 days.

Frozen: 1 Month

Causes for Rejection:

Specimen collected in container with a preservative, incomplete and/or incorrect sample identification, and improper storage/transport.
