| Specimen Requirements: | Slides should be immersed in 95% ETOH or fixed with Pap smear fixative contained in conventional Pap kit. Pertinent clinical information must be included when ordering. Slides must be labeled in pencil (frosted end) with patient's full name and medical record number. |
