Note:

Scleroderma (Scl-70) antibody is seen in 20-60% of patients with scleroderma and is considered diagnostic and specific for scleroderma if it is the only ENA antibody present. Scl-70 is also seen in approximately 25% of progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS).
