| Collection: | Routine venipuncture Draw a sample within 2 to 4 hours after an intravenous loading dose or at steady state; collect a specimen representing the trough level just before the next scheduled dose. Collect 7 mL of blood in red-topped vacutainer tube. Do not use SST/gel separator tubes. (Min: 3 mL of blood).
