Random or 24-hour collection.  Plain tube or plastic cup with tight-fitting lid.

Storage/Transport:

   Delivered to Sample Management.

All samples should be stored refrigerated during collection and until delivered to the laboratory.

Refrigerated.

Incomplete and/or incorrect sample identification, improper storage/transport
