Attendee registration rates are listed below:

TAAHP Member - Early Registration $240 December 6 Save $20 by registering early!
TAAHP Member - General Registration $260 January 15 No online registrations after this date.
TAAHP Member - Late Registration $275 January 30 On-site only. Only cash or checks will be accepted.
Non-Member Registration $300 January 15 Non-members are welcome!
Exhibitor Registration $400 January 15 Only one registration per exhibitor is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted via email to somadmis@utmb.edu. If an attendee requests cancellation of their registration, then the following stipulations will be applied:
  • 100% refunded if cancelled by Dec. 6, 2019
  • 50% refunded if cancelled by Dec. 31,2019
  • No refunds after Jan. 15, 2020



Lunch, beverages and snacks are provided at no additional cost to all registered participants.
