Mr. Fawcett develops regulatory user requirements, implementation plans, service agreements, and appropriate supporting documentation for 21 CFR Part 11 and Part 58 compliant operations in the GNL; serves as IT compliance advisor to GNL management; serves as back-up System Administrator for Master Control EDMS. He has over twenty years of professional experience in the computer industry. Of his 20+ years, he has seven years of experience in the software development lifecycle, consisting of requirements analysis, software design, development, functional and system verification, and testing. Mr. Fawcett has over ten years of software and systems integration and integration testing for companies with strict quality control processes such as United Space Alliance and IBM. More recently, in the past five years he has acted as IT Project Manager overseeing the design and installation of critical IT infrastructure components for the GNL. He also assists in the assessment of computerized system with respect to the US Food and Drug Administration regulations 21 CFR Part 11 and Part 58.
