Skin Texture = Slight thickening. Superficial cracking and peeling esp hands and feet
Skin Color = Pale. Only pink over ears, lips, palms or soles
Skin Opacity = a few large vessels seen indistictly over adbomen
Lanugo = At least half of back devoid of lanugo
Plantar Creases = Definite deep indentations over more than anterior third
Nipple Formation = Areola strippled, edge not raised, diameter
Breast Size = Breast tissue both sides one or both >1 cm
Ear Form = Well-defined incurving whole of upper pinna
Ear Firmness = Pinna firm, cartilage to edge, instant recoil
Genitalia Male = At least one testis right down (2) Genitalia Female = Labia majora completely cover labia minora
