Dr. Em & Dr. Taul's Emergency Room Adventure   Case 5  Non-emergency At Dr. Taul's hospital staff meeting, the CEOs raises concerns about persistent deficits in the emergency room.  In the ensuing discussion a suggestion is made that all patients who lack insurance be discharged from the ER without treatment if their medical screening exam is "non-emergent."
