Dr. Kristen Peek Awarded UT System's Board of Regents' 2019 Outstanding Teaching Award

Dr. Kristen Peek, Professor and Vice Chair of Education for PMCH, is one of the 27 recipients of The University of Texas System Board of Regents' 2019 Outstanding Teaching Award.  This award is given to educators in the UT System who exemplify excellence, innovation and commitment to student success. All nominees are evaluated by peer faculty, students, and external reviewers. 

Dr. Peek, who is also the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in UTMB's Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the interim director of the MD-PhD Program, was presented with this award on August 14th during the UT Board of Regents Meeting in Austin.
