The Administrative Operations team is responsible for varied communications between schools/departments within the Academic Enterprise and the Provost Operations and Fiscal Affairs office.

Administrative Operations

Some of the team’s main charges are coordinating and organizing special events, strategic planning and human resources long-term planning, and leading the LEAN program (aimed at maximizing value while minimizing waste). We organize and manage the Employee Recognition Program and are key players in organizing various training and information sessions, following up on employee satisfaction surveys, organizing executive level employee searches and gathering and organizing information for area and institutional scorecards.
